Dining table and Chairs

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me anything about Basic-Witz Furniture Industries Inc., Waynesboro, Virginia ...Searched the net and could'nt find anything. I aquired and dining table with 4 chairs. Dining table has scoulope edges around the table. and the chairs are cushioned bottems,with tall backs, rose carving and wicker center. Any ideas or clue please inform me thanks.

:huh: that company was working from the 1920's to about 1970. they sold to stanley furniture, another quality furniture co. hard to give a value due style age etc. but I would suggest a value of at least $150.00 dollars.
