Help me identify these figurines
« on: June 13, 2012, 06:09:09 pm »
I was wondering if anyone could tell me a little about these figurines and maybe give me an idea of value.

Thanks

I think they maybe fertilization statues for pregnancy. I'm not sure.

I'd go along with (conceptually) the idea that these are representative of 'fertility' symbols ...
do tell us where you've found these little items & like maybe what they're made of , if you would please , mwalt1988 .

I've seen many examples of 'local craftware' , so I'll say the obvious : mat'ls are important for identifying origins (&values) .
I have seen some very amazing (from very simple mat'ls) 'stone idols' of the local-crafted type , one comes to mind that was amazing to me as a craftsman , because it was made from dirt & glue !
