James M King Hardcover 1899 First Edition?

Facing The Twentieth Century Our Country: The Power and Peril. Its copyright is 1899. I have seen the paperbacks and a hardcover on ebay but the hardcover I saw had a different cover of the book. The letters of the title are styled differently with a different font.

Anybody know a good website or expert to contact to find out more about my book versus the others I have found?

I believe King was a very notable New York historian.
