yes it does but I can't find anything like it or the other word underneath I can't really read it  right I dont think

Looks like German?
I believe it is an Italian vase from 1960s worth £10-£15 regards Martin

Can you give more info as to how you can tell so we can all learn ?? The lettering does not appear to be italian !!

The top word appears to be "handgemacht," which is German for handmade.
