Also got a set of Wedgewood porcelain plates...depicting scenes from...The Lord of the Rings...there are 8 of them...and they are all certificated...agai n not much money involved £2.50 per plate...i believe that they were part of a larger collection...that were probably bought through a subscription of Magazine...they are all mint...and for anyone thats into LOTR...then they would be a nice addition to their collection.......i,d better hide them from the Boss...as she did,nt like the film...unlike me...who,s watched the trilogy umpteen times...in fact not long ago..when SWMBO...was away visiting her friend...i watched all three films one after the other...10.1/2 hours.worth..just me and an  array of sweets,crisps, ice cream..and ..ginger.....anothe r name for Pepsi....or any other fizzy drink.... .

bigwull, nice plates that look to be in mint condition.... here's a link to someone selling a Lot of 9 Plates in the UK like yours.... Should be able to flip for 2 maybe 3 times what you paid...

Thanks Kevin...yeah they are mint, and as it says on the ebay listing they were originally £24.99 per plate...x 8 thats almost £200 and i paid a 10th of that....
