Hi folks, found this last weekend and wanted your opinion. I dont know what its called but i was told it was for storing sheet music and it was old. Its 39" tall and 18" wide and Its full of shelves that are slanted and dont go all the way to the back. No name or anything on it,would love to know what its called and the age if anyone can help ( a general $ value would be great too  ;) ) Thanks in advance, more pictures available, just tell me what you need to see

Try a boxed player piano roll, and see how it fits the shelves.

Yepper, music cabinet for sheet music!  These are collectible if in good condition!!!!!!!  Values listed above are reasonable!

I have tried rolls in many of the ones I have come across and they do not fit.  In fact QRS who made rolls for players in the beginning still makes them with current music!!!  We play all kinds on our old player!!!!

When I think about it...i should be scunnered..off Mac Reds....but i still like them...even after having to live on them for a whole week...yes 7 days..of Mac Reds.....it was in 1970..i was 20 and had left home for the 1st time....I went on to leave many times...only to return with my tail between my lags....but that,s another story or two....but back to the Mac Reds,we were skint,...and we had another week to wait for our dole money,so we went out early one morning,4am...and filched a box of Macs from behind the supermarket.......w e had them every way....for breakfast, dinner, and tea....fresh, stewed....you name it we had it....and by the end of the week...we could ..."shit through the eye of a needle"...from a great height....... ;D
