Bowls from Italy

I have a set of five pastel seahorse bowls probably the size for nuts or candy. One is pink, ones green, ones blue, yellow and I'm not sure the other. They also have a metal ring in their nose, all missing except one. They are ceramic or porcelain, I don't know the difference. These horse head bowls or seahorse head bowls seem to be hand-painted. These bowls are kindof oval shaped and have 'italy' painted on the bottom. One of them has 95/314 italy on the bottom. I am at a loss as where to find the value of these. Could you help me?
