Are marks on base from the injection mold process?

Your first piece is what is called a rose bowl, your second piece is a crimped bon bon or bowl depending on size. Fenton did not have marks like these on the bases. Don't recognize the markings I would say yes from the mold process. Will do a little hunting for some info on a maker.  ironlord have you seen these marks??

    Cranberry Crimped Bowl for sure, but never seen marks like that on the bottom.  Possible they just didn't grind down the injection marks, sorry not much help.  I don't think it is Fenton, at least never seen this one before in books or personally.  Cool Glass item though.

Are they both like this on the bottom? Or just the one?

I don't think the bottom marks are the result of any mold "marks" or molding process.

Doesn't the per say "injection molding" process just "drops-a-blob" of glass into the mold?

To cause that "dimpling" it looks to me like the piece was sat down on something when the glass was still fluid.

But whatta I know?  ::) ::) ::)

Both have similar markings. The rose bowl is 5" and the crimped bowl is 14".
