Shall I bin these hand painted figurines?

Just wondering if these have any value? A pair of figurines with damage. A boy and girl sitting on a rock although the rocks seem to be broken off! They're made of some type of grey coloured material. And on the base of the boy only there's a hand painted mark looking a bit like IU. Any ideas?

I think these are fairly new import type since couldn`t find anything with IU !!  Those letters may be the decorators mark since most are paid by how many they paint !!  Maybe not the trash bin but a garage sale !!

may i suggest you invest in a Satelite receiver...there cheap as chips on ebay...and give you superfast broadband......even carrier pigeon might be  faster than dial up....
