Beautiful piece of rose quartz in your belt piece!! could be Chinese but made to export ( I would have it placed into a necklace and wear it!), The earrings could be from India search hoop earrings from India and look for something close in style ( the twisted hoop that goes in the ear hole is unique) definitely vintage or older also try searching vintage gypsy hoop earrings then if no luck try antique gypsy hoop earrings.
