Small Pillar Candle Holder - Iron & Wood

No idea about this except the material is wood and iron - pictured below.  What is it, style and how do I find another one?  Thank y'all!

I would have to say..this has the same origin as your twin candle holder...the spike is for big candles...but i could easily see this with a globe type lamp on it .
