shipping cost to the usa

hi all i want to sell book on ebay,but when i want to put a number on the shipping cost to the usa it don't let me put any number more than 4$,but this shipping will cost me about 20$.
so what should i do?

is it ok to mark the shipping cost 4$ as ebay allow and in the Description to write that the shipping cost  will be 20$ and not as shown in the shipping cost detail (4$)

P.S this problem i have only when i want to sell an book.

You can figure the international rate where you are to the US,, then just do a custom or flat rate  !!  Are you talking about in your listing or are you trying to print a shipping label ??
