Chinese book of prints?

I found another item n my mother's belongings.

It looks like a book of prints. Has what looks like bone or ivory latches.

I don't speaker read chinese so I don't know what is written.

Looks like another seal. Hoping maybe Ipcress can help.
if the pictures appear sideways, click on them and they should straighten out.
