Is this Tiffin Glass?

I have these 2 Pieces. glass and saucer and the other is a large plate. The large plate says Vi et vierite  " force and truth"    But that could have been added by someone else not necessarily the glass co.   The pattern on both pieces differ from each other but they are very similar, plus similar to the Tiffin Minton pattern.

Does anyone know for sure? or are these just in the style of?

Yes your plate has a Minton boarder but many companies made a variation of this design. I would need  much clearer close ups of the boarder to see every twist, loop and line to compare and find a maker.  your glass is a different pattern. Try searching Laurel gold banded patterns but they must match to a T.
