The name I'm interested in http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/10185737/Rare-200-year-old-Chinese-vases-discovered.html
It looked like the same artist.

You could say the same for Kakiemon or Satsuma pieces. Many of the look very similar but there were many makers.
This doesn't look particularly old ( in Oriental terms )

The link for the passed lot - well that's a joke of a description and estimate. It's so obviously modern. Those peaches !!!!???!!

;D ;D what would be the true value? $2, 000.-$3, 000. Sounds fair to me for that size vase. I guess that's why no one bought the whole lot. :)There's absucker born every minute they say. In this case the suckers stayed home! ;D

$2 to $3 is more likely. It's not Kangxi.

They obviously don't have a clue

You have to be so careful if your spending a lot of money. How can you get a guaranteed your getting what they say your getting without a hands on inspection and real appraisal of an item?

Respected auction houses, good clear images, descriptions that don't feature the term " very nice "  ;D
The one linked to has a PO Box for an address  ;D
I think it was an individual who had some items and set up a live auction.

$200,000 !!!

All modern or faked so either he didn't know or was trying it on.
