hello--couple of new to me items I'd like some info on

this one is so darn pretty hope the pics shows it.  Has no. 38 on back made in hong kong. 
 
think its new?  vintage?  very large bowl

38cm is the dia or approx 15in in your measurement

Its pretty but only last 20 years or so vintage !!  Enameled tinware !!  Discount store or import shop !!~
Use it !!!  Pretty fruit bowl !!

I had one the same size, same kind but mine had fruit painted on it !!  Kept my bananas in it !!
