Those two spoons with the "HW" touch mark appear to match up with Henry Wills, an early New York silversmith.

Is that the one with the shell pattern handle ?? Its the only one I can see !!  Its the prettiest pattern I have seen in a while,,and I am not even a silver person !!

Thank you Ipcress - n you are correct on the identification.  (Now the picture comes in clear that has the hallmark for the spoon!!!)

Mart, I agree.  The pattern on that one is gorgeous.  Most pieces that were of regal importance had shell designs on them (Such as this one called "New Queens".  There are also Kings patterns, Queens patterns, etc.) They were popular  way-back-when and continue to be highly prized!

But I do really like this one!
