A "Scotch 'Deviled' Egg" would be cool, too.
One of the "coolest" things I ever seen served on a dinner table was a "de-boned" whole (minus the bones) roasted chicken.
YUP, the cook removed all the bones before she roasted it ..... but I didn't know that until she started cuttingg off pieces to serve it.
I have seen it done but never tried it myself !!
