Hubby has been plotting to build me a waist high cabinet with a couple of glass doors he salvaged.  We've discussed putting it on the half wall of the kitchen eat-in bar area.  But that will have to wait until he gets time...he's redoing the kitchen cabinet doors now.  Just gives me more time to buy more Carnival Glass! LOL!!

Thanks for all the input. Will mull over my options. You never know when hubby will bring me home a nice curio cabinet, and then I can get rid of.....the TV?! Just kidding!
sometimes I wish we,d bought a TV earlier...but we did,nt ...hence 5 children..... ;D
