You say it is green? It does not look green with the red background. Green pressed glass with gold usually dates from the early 20th century and has become quite scarce. It is a nice piece. Oyster plates usually had six pockets. From the picture I could not tell. But it is not one if they are the other way. The pattern in the center in called hob star.
