Bothe of these are gorgeous !! !! As far as cleaning,, either dilute plain rubbing alcohol 50/50 with water or the stained glass place here just uses Windex diluted a bit !! Main thing is to lay it on a flat surface, table or something, with some old magazines and a towel to take up the space between the glass and the table !! Then spray paper towels with the cleaner and wipe each section !! Don't spray the window itself, just the paper towel !! What you want to take care with is putting pressure on the panels and causing the leading to bend !! That why it needs to be supported !!
Is the window good and tight ??
If it were me,, I would hang it by putting two of the little eye screws that you can get with a picture hanging kit on both top and bottom of the sides, then buy enough chain at the hardware store to go completely around the glass and up through the eye screws to the top !! Then hang !! No stress on the frame that way !!
