This is probably the wrong forum for english stuff, we had some limey's in here once upon a time that could help, don't know where they got off to. Cool sign! In the USA, advertising signs can be a BIG DEAL and are very collectible, i have no clue about the market in England though.

The neat thing about your sign is that it is clearly old by the price of the product in addition to being reverse painted glass, and the advertising is very self-explanatory, even if you aren't familiar with the product. I think it would be very desirable, I'd sure hang it in my kitchen!
