More plane trivia

My favorite plane, which I have never used, sits on a shelf with other collectibles. It was given to me several years ago and is the only one like it that I have ever personally seen.
It is 3 3/8 long and 1 Ό wide,
with the only mark on it being the number 3,
and is identical to the one pictured below, to wit:
