I have been searching and can't find a thing similar!
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!

On it :)  Moser opened his first glass shop in 1857 , died 1916 but continued operation under his sons. The glassworks were sold out of the family in 1933.

Steuben is known for making pieces with these applied rings (see attached photo steuben rosaline and alabaster compote shape 2942) And although this piece is beautiful I am unsure of the shape. send info & digital photographs  ( close up of applied rings & base along with full view) to Corning museum curator  at curatorial@cmog.org , They are wonderful!! please let us know what they say!
