wasp celluloid pin

This pin I happen to like. Do you think if I put it up at $45. I'm asking to much?

I think it's a good price to start with. Generally, if I'm not sure of a fixed price I'll start the price at what I think the high end might be and see if it sells. If it sells fast then I always think I priced it too low. If it doesn't sell right away and there are watchers then I slowly lower the price until it sells. I usually do this when I can't find any items like it that have already sold. I would rather sell fixed price and then lower the price if it doesn't sell than put it in an auction at a low price on most items.

Thanks KC. I got the price from one of my books, but the book isn't current.
