Art Deco desk

I picked up this desk at the local thrift store. I was wondering if anyone knew anything I looked all over it and only found one sticker from the crescent panel company in Louisville ky I tried to follow that up but found nothing. It is held together with glue and small nails but built solid I couldn't imagine it to be too old but the style does seem quite vintage. Can anyone help me on this one?

Pic is very dark but appears to be a late 40`s or 50`s student desk !!

Here is a better picture of it? Do you think it could be worth anything if I ever wanted to get rid of it would it be worth trying to sell it?
