What is it? lights, wood box, copper plates, switches

We picked this up and have no idea what it is.  The electrical circuit is incomplete but is ment to run through the copper pannels then to the switches and lights.

The electrical circuit ends at this screw on the side, something is missing here.

I think there was something posted similar to that about a year ago !!  It was an old factory circuit tester !! Not sure that is what your item is,,all I remember about it is that it was box shaped and had places for light bulbs !!  Maybe the guys will remember,,or will know what yours is !! Is there a patent number or anything on it ??
