help with gold hallmarks

Found this 10k gold ring metal detecting in a local lake...it's broken but it has age to it. Im curious about the hallmarks and maybe where and when it was made. The other side is a set if initials. Thanks!

That pic is way too big to enlarge for me !! Can you resize the pic to 3000kb ??  That is the recommended size for this site !!

Can you please post a picture of the whole ring?

Looks to be a lamp, Seeing Eye and 10K.
