Looks like you might have a mix of lots of different parts. I looked up most of the names and labels, not getting any hits. It might be good if you actually typed out what you think the lettering is because sometimes it's not as easy to see in the pictures as you might see it in person.
The cylinder under the seat with the 5 rings and shield looks like it could be from an Olympic Organization. The Torino Games were in 2006.
Brevettato in Italian means patented
Cerchi means circles
Limone means lemon
