Hand painted plates
« on: March 16, 2017, 09:52:18 am »
These plates remind me of Goffus glass. One has a number 9 on the back. I will have to study it better.

These are Hand Painted Milk Glass plates,   I have a book on Milk glass in my Library but were I have not been using my "antique" library regularly I can't put my fingers on it!!   So I am unable to place a maker or date but this may help in your search :)

Now that is a new one on me!  When I enlarged it does look like painted milk glass!  Guess I haven't been hanging where they sell this over the years!

Thank you everyone. I have a ton of milk glass! Maybe I should sell it as a lot.

Others may feel different...but I have found from all the estate sales, individual sales, etc...that you will get more selling it piece-by-piece than as "a lot".  If you just want to move it out fast...then selling it as "a lot" will do.
