Another cast-iron dog

Since we had one Dog I thought I would share another.  I have a cast-iron Scottie Dog. It was my mother's. Any idea on age I am thinking 1930 or 40. There aren't any marks on it. Does anyone recognize the manufacturer?  He is quite heavy, 11 inches nose to tail, and 9 inches tall. The original leather collar finally rotted away does that make a big difference in value?

Very nice!!
My only opinion on this piece is the collar is way too big for the little guy.
He'd be more comfortable with a thinner, more light weight one.
Also, he appears to be neutered.

We have one that looks just like that, but it's recent.

Yes, many of these were 1930s and 40s. The original collar would be a real plus. Around here they're worth about $100-$150.

Yes Raven, he is a eunuch guarding my door LOL.  I have looked for a thinner collar even cat collars are too big.  I like the tartan plaid though.  Yes all original paint KC.  Thanks for the link Rauville. No numbers Mart.
