Beautiful large Harbor Painting,I'm thinking Italy,but not sure. measure with frame 44 1/2"x36".Can't make out name.

Can you make the pics larger ?? These are so small that can`t see details !! Enlargement is still not big enough !!

Last name is Ramani,, first initial could be L or possibly C !! Several artists from India and Sri Lanka with that name !! Didn`t find one in Italy !!
