WW1 Or WW2 All Metal Knife

Antique WW1 Or WW2 knife,only marking is "property of" no name.Appear to be all metal.I would love to have some information on item. I also had this one on Kovel post.Any information.

You probably will not find another exact one to compare it to, since I would call it a one-off "theater knife". Most likely made from salvaged airplane parts by a sailor with access to a ship's machine shop.

Didn`t think about that one Rauville !!  I figured a military surplus that was never issued due to changing of requirements or incorrectly made by MFR !!  Looks like it was never finished but the military did use several aluminum knives !!

Rauville,I found one almost like my knife except it had have property of with a name.But that was maybe 1-2 years ago,and I can't find it anymore.The handle has no pits it's all smooth.Really look look like a baronet but I'm not sure,,that's why I asked on other sites.

Rauville,, enlarge that first pic !! I think that blade is a home made job !!  Made of something outside of military specs !!  Looks like itwas a longer blade that has been broken and just re-done for a useful purpose !!

Just to be clear,, Theater Knife" means made from scavenged parts in a war zone or other military theater!!
