I found a handle of a silver spoon (perhaps) in a cultivated field in Lucas County, Ohio. The part where the monogram would have been is missing. Is there a web site that shows silverware patterns when the maker's name is not known? I'm just curious how old it is. The handle was bent to a 'U' shape and when I tried to straighten it,  the handle broke in two.

it's a search that may be very difficult at best. you can try. www.replacement's.com but if it's and antique it's going to be tough.
