an old doll

Hello, I'm new here.  My father found an old Brat doll.  It still has his tags on him, he's just missing the toung.  It was made by ENCO inc. SOLE INPORTERS PARKSMITH CORP. N.Y.C.  

My father said he has never seen one before and was wondering about it.  For an ugly doll, it's kind interesting because no one has ever seen it before.  So any information about it would be helpful.

They are  from the 1960's if it is the Brat I'm thinking about. They are kinda bratty looking..........in very good shape $10-$20. Unfortunately very good shape would include the tongue.
