How to get customer reviews and build a strong local reputation?

I know reviews are crucial for small businesses, but it’s tough to get customers to leave them. Any tips on how to encourage more reviews and improve my local reputation?

One thing that worked for me was listing my business on Local Business Directory and politely asking satisfied customers to leave a review. A small incentive, like a discount on their next visit, can also encourage people to take the time.

I’ve also found that responding to all reviews—both positive and negative—helps build trust. People appreciate businesses that engage with their customers.
