Hi. I have a antique platter in my possession, was wondering if anyone could tell me what the make/year...possibly value would be? There are no markings as to creator or year on it. It is an octagon shaped platter with one handle directly in the middle (the top comes to almost a heart shape). The platter itself appears to be glass that is possibly painted white, and it has floral designs on opposite sides (red ones...). The base of the handles is a red colored glass and then goes clear.
