vintage or antique bottles
« on: March 23, 2006, 08:55:42 am »
Hello, I found a box of old liquor bottles in my attic and a few of them caught my eye as relatively unique.  I have been on ebay to look around to see if there were any others like them but I am not very good when it comes to this internet research stuff.  Perhaps someone here could help.  The main bottle is, I think, stoneware "old jamaica" coconut rum bottle with the cork still in.  The label actually reads as such "sangster's OLD JAMAICA spirits" coconut rum "contains caramel".  It has 0.75L etched in on the lower portion of the bottle and just below that the initials "M.K.M"  are also etched.  Does anyone know where I should be looking to find out more about this bottle, or if I even need to take the time...it is in I would say PERFECT condition and the label in excellent condition.  Thank you for your time.
