St. Simon Stock and Our Lady of MT. Carmel
« on: February 09, 2007, 09:04:48 pm »
I recently found a big box of junk on ebay, it was full of jewelry and stuff like that, well I found a string that attached two stamp like images...one says Our Lady Of MT. Carmel "Pray for us" and then at the other end St. Simon Stock "Pray for us" They remind me of stamps and I know that's not what they are, does anyone have any ideas of what they could be? They're sewn on a felt type paper and inside little cases...Please help![/color]

Do they have a spot in the centre? I used to have these type of things when I went to church in old days as a relec.. Usually a piece of Bone or Grave stone for the saint... could it be that ? They were very comon when I was a lad for many different Saints.
