I have used Photobucket here, but there are others.

Go to Photobucket or other free image hosting site....open account

Upload your images from your computer to your album in Photobucket

Crop, resize, each image. Once you have done this you cannot change it.

Highlight the "IMG Code" at the bottom of the photo and 'paste' into your new post.

Or, if it is less than 1meg in size, feel free to attach it to your post by clicking on "additional options" under the post window, and browse to the picture on your computer and attach it.

I also must recommend imageshack.us... it is a very nice site for image hosting.
