Hi, I have an old book compiled by George W. Powers published by Thomas Y. Crowell, Company. New York. It has 370 pages. It is not a very large book 6"X4". The pages are in very good shape, there are some hand written inscriptions of different owners. One page is torn out, I think it was blank there are several other blanks before and after it. There is also a picture of Alfred, Lord Tennyson in the front of the book. The most unique feature to me is the cover very ornate and color. It is not in very good shape, the color is flaking and rubbing off. Can any one tell anything about this book. I have many more older books my sister and I share from our Grandparents.
