I have an unopened Creative Playthings Townhouse toy still in its original sealed box. I hope to sell it as I know it is a collector item. The box has some water damage in one end. I am looking for advice on if it is better to open it and check if the toy is water damage too, or just sell it as is. The main toy is plastic, but I am unsure if it has stickers or paint on it which may have been damaged while in storage. Thoughts? Experience?
