Identification of Three Small Blue & White Asian Bowls
« on: December 04, 2008, 07:16:34 pm »
Hi!

I purchased a lovely set of three blue and white porcelain bowls at a tag sale two years ago. They are identical, standing at about 2 inches high and 3 inches in diameter. They are made of very fine, fragile china and have scalloped edges. I've included pictures, which are more descriptive than my words.

I only paid two dollars for the set, but I love them so much. I'd like to find more of these bowls, so I'd like to know what the mark is/where they come from/what style they are. A friend said the design appeared to be Chinese, but she wasn't certain. If you have any information about the bowls (or if you know where I can find more), I would love to hear from you!

Thank you!
Maria
