JLMENAU QUESTION

Hi,
I was given a cake plate that was my great grandmothers, and I was trying to gain some background on it as my family has no knowledge.
The cake plate is a pedestal type with gold scroll edging and flowers. The bottom reads: JLMENAU Graf Von Lenneberg Porzellan with a coat of arms, then underneath is was supposed to say "made in Germany" but there is the word "East" beside the word Germany and a bunch of numbers and letters.  two almost triangle shapes that look like(77)then 2713C2462P20. What does all this mean? Any help would be appreciated.
