Bush&Gerts Chicago Piano....got a ?
« on: November 22, 2007, 08:49:07 pm »
Howdy folks...I have an old piano.   I know nothing about it and not sure what to do with it.  Throw it in the creek or fix it up or sell it....and no can't play one either.  Its an upright.  Had the name inside Bush & Gerts Chicago  and the number 43131  then on the strings there is a brass plate that says  Worlds Columbian Exposition in commenmoration of the Four Hundredth anniversary of the landing of Columbus MDCCCXCII  MDCCCXCIII   to The Bush and Gerts Company.

anybody know anything about this item....
