Library table with pigeon holes
« on: May 18, 2009, 12:15:40 pm »
I have a mission style library table, purchased in a thrift store in the mid- 1930s.  It looks like most library tables of the style, except that the drawer has a desk lid and inkwell, and when the drawer is fully pulled out, pigeon holes pop up.  I will try to load pictures, but does anyone have any idea as to the origin or value of this piece, or suggestions for me to do further research?
Thanks...

Pictures are needed.  Is there any label(s) or markings on the table?

I'm working on the pictures.  I haven't been able to find any markings, stamps or labels on the table.

Not  uncommon for paper label's to disapear. sometimes when refinished early on.
