?Antique candy dish from Italy?
« on: October 28, 2003, 02:28:53 pm »
I have a triangle shaped, rolled up sides, candy dish, that has what appears to be a cherry sprig (3 leaves, stems and 3 cherries) painted in it. The bottom is hand signed with " Italy" and either hh58/2 or hh5812 or 4458/2 or 445812 hand written on it. the rim of the dish is gold. The color of the actual base color is off grey with a dark tealish color flek to it.
I am not sure if this is of any value. I got it at a yard sale. To me it looks like it is worth something.
Please, if any one can give me anymore information on this dish please let me know. Thank you all in advance for any help. :)
I can take a digital picture of this dish if someone has a want to see it.
