Japanese Cats...

I'm trying to find out any information or history on these cat figurines.
They are hand painted and have Japan painted on the bottom....no other markings or identification.

I know that they were already old when I was a child...they always stood on a hall stand in my grandparents house.
I have no history though of how old or where they came from

Thank you, but I wasn't so much interested in their value as their age, etc???

there coloring is very 1950's. and it is a nice set. a collector of kitty's would likely be willing to pay a bit more
