Should I buy

Hi all Found a world globe on craigslist love the look but not sure if I should purchase. Did email for more info maker, age  etc waiting reply. It is on Worcester mass. page  under antiques from Barre, MA for $75.00. Know nothing about globes and makers not sure seller does. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Just received info from seller do not think I will purchase it  unless someone here knows if it is of great value as he stated it was a small globe &  I would prefer a large one. He only  knew  it is over 70 years old  and the name "old world glob" but nothing else about it. Thanks
