The fire grenade is the most interesting of the items.....however, the only thing I know is that if your is one that is filled with carbon tetrachloride (which is no longer allowed with an explanation below) it may counteract some to alot of it's collect-ability.
Carbon Tetrachloride (aka Benziform, Carbon chloride, Methane tetrachloride, Perchloromethane, Carbon tet, Benzinoform, Tetraform, Tetrasol, Freon 10, Halon 104, 1,1,1,1-tetrachloromethane ) was originally synthesized - 1839 - by reaction of chloroform with chlorine and later from methane. It was previously used as a reagent in fire extinguishers, as a precursor to refrigerants, and as a cleaning agent. It is a colourless liquid with a "sweet" smell that can be detected at low levels. At low temperatures it has no flammability properties - however, at high temperatures it produces a poisonous gas. In the early 1980's due to environmental impact and the harm to humans it has been discontinued.
Your coke sign, if original, is the the collectible NOTE: the valuable if it is in fact original and still has value/collect-ability if a copy.
